Abdulaziz Aloshan

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University. He holds a fellowship from the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants (SOCPA).
He holds an accounting technician certificate from the Saudi Authority for Auditors and Accountants (CAT).
He holds a Sharia Advisor Fellowship in Islamic Finance Jurisprudence and Dispute Settlement.
Member of the Board of Directors of a number of entities and a member of a number of audit committees.
Diverse experience in developing financial departments, estimated budgets, preparing financial policies and procedures, automating accounting processes, and due diligence examination.
He participated in many courses in the financial and accounting field, including zakat, tax, accounting, and anti-money laundering.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from King Saud University.
He holds a master’s degree in finance from George Washington University.
He currently works as Assistant Vice President at the Public Investment Fund for the Middle East
He previously worked as an investment analyst at the Central Bank for Public and Private Equities.
He previously worked in valuing public and private companies, funds and bonds at Goldman Sachs (New York). Diverse experience in the fields of financial consulting, finance and investment.

He holds the GRCO (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Specialist) certification from the International Governance and Compliance Association in London. IGCA

He works as a governance consultant for many private and non-profit sector entities.
